I'm Caroline Bowen

Many of you might know me as Kaidi. With the backdrop of Cornwall's serene seascapes, my journey in finance and coaching has been as exhilarating as the ocean’s waves. 

My past role as a bank manager armed me with insider insights into the business sector, while my transition to coaching in 2018 marked the beginning of a new vocation - one where I could guide others, just like you, towards their leadership goals with heartfelt empathy and empowering support.

My approach, influenced by my passion for coaching, is to be your steadfast ally—embracing your goals as my own, celebrating your victories, and bolstering you through challenges. Together, we'll navigate the tides of your coaching journey.

My Story

I always knew I wanted to go far in life, so I worked hard to become the top manager in the league tables at work. I stayed in the top 5 for 5 years for service, sales and compliance.

I felt frustrated and helpless, when the FSA took sales targets away. I dived into coaching and came up with a system that allowed me to lead effectively, watch my team flourish and much more, I was empowering them to have a great future. Now I empower others on their journey to career success. 

Why I Do It

Coaching has not been around for that long, in the early days it was  mis-leading sold as a tool for under performers. While my Managers did their best to provide support, they were not trained to Coach. Seeing my colleagues struggle inspired me to aim higher. But despite my best efforts, I still found myself drowning in corporate bureaucracy and bias.

Once I was made redundant, I realised that the methods I used could help others like me who wanted the same but didn’t grow their career with the coaching framework to make it happen. So I made it my mission to help as many people as possible create coaching habits, have courageous conversations and a better working life for themselves and their teams.
