1. The New Mindset of New Leaders
Many new leaders have what famed psychologist Carol Dweck calls a “fixed mindset.” Those with a fixed mindset tend to avoid challenges, give up easily when times get hard, disregard criticism and negative feedback and are threatened by successful people.

MODULE 1 - MINDSET
2 - What got you promoted won't make you a great leader
In our coaching sessions, we will explore your values, and beliefs which impact your communication style and how you influence, we will explore your negotiation skills, and your feedback methodology and explore quietening your inner critic and imposter syndrome if they join the party.

MODULE 3 - Team Relationships
It can be lonely at the top we address this head-on. Managing peers who are maybe friends can present challenges and we explore tools to help. by listening to your frustrations, and giving some examples of how you can transition.
To get ready we ensure you are leading with a clear Why, vision, providing role clarity, and understanding of what motivates each of their direct reports, giving direction, alignment and gaining commitment.
MODULE 4 - Letting Go and Stepping Up
New leaders struggle in letting go of what made them successful as an individual contributors (doing the work themselves brilliantly) and embracing what will make them successful as a leader: coaching and developing their direct reports to do their job well.
- We look at how to deliver feedback to your team and encourage and listen to feedback,
- being willing to change decisions based on facts, in an authentic manner.
MODULE 5 - Embrace the Bigger Picture
We, Coach leaders, have a win-win mentality in a genuine, authentic way that benefits all parties involved. Teach them to negotiate.
