Budgets are shrinking

It's this triple squeeze that a new survey of HR professionals by the Management Consulting group Gartner agrees "puts leader and manager effectiveness squarely at the top of the list."

Combining this outlook with the already urgent wellness data published last month that stated nearly half of employees (48%) say their well-being declined during 2022. 28% say their well-being at work has decreased, which gives us an even greater sense of the most formidable challenge in the coming year.
